Constitution of the Dawn of Kings

Navigating inter-alliance relationships is essential to the soft-power and success of the alliance. Dawn of Kings must strive to lead by example and handle all inter-alliance communications professionally, ethically, and always with integrity.

Major Diplomatic Events

Major diplomatic events must be brought to the attention of alliance leadership and will be resolved by R5 or representative delegation. Leadership Discord chat will be used to discuss well thought-out and constructive responses during diplomatic interactions.  

Minor Diplomatic Events

Minor inter-alliance disputes should be handled by the individual at the lowest level, but if the situation is unable to be resolved, it will be brought to the attention of the leadership for further action.  

Treaties and Partnerships

Treaties and partnerships with other alliances will be decided by leadership vote, and will be honored by all members of the alliance, no exceptions. Termination of treaties and partnerships will be decided by vote.  

Espionage

Espionage by other alliances is not tolerated and will be considered a hostile act. Discovery of espionage conducted against DoK by another alliance will result in immediate partnership termination, if such agreement exists, and further action will be put up for vote. Espionage is defined as gathering of critical information through deceptive means, such as, but not limited to, joining Dawn of Kings with an alternative account, bribing members, and conspiracy. 

Mergers

Any merger between Dawn of Kings and another alliance requires the merger to remain under the name Dawn of Kings and abide by the Dawn of Kings Constitution.
